New Helmet, Coat, & Fire Truck

Noah has recently taken to wearing his helmet around the house.  He is quite cute in it, but I do have to chase him around b/c he tends to take it off and pull out all of the padding from the inside.  This fire truck I found at a yard sale for $3 and it has been worth every penny!  He loves to get inside and pretend his driving or hide and try to "scare" me.  Lastly, this is his raincoat that I finally broke down and bought him... he was great at modeling it for us:)

Fall Picking- Day 2

The farm also has U-pick blueberries (still!), pumpkins, flowers, apples, and a corn maze... the back drop of the farm made you feel like fall was really here, and made you excited about it:) Noah loved the apple picking!  As you can see so did the rest of the family.

More Raspberries

We went back for more berry picking the next day and I got some great shots of Noah & raspberries, and Gabe & Noah picking berries.

Raspberry Picking

This past weekend both sets of Noah's grandparents came to visit.  On Saturday Nana, Noah, & I  went to pick raspberries at a nearby farm.  It was a beautiful fall day... Noah must have eaten a pint of berries himself.  The picking was sparse, and the only time I could get any into my bucket was when Noah was picking the berries himself.  It is amazing that he only picks the ripe ones... they went directly from the bush to his mouth... very cute.  Towards the end he some how figured out that there was a hole in the middle for his finger which, thankfully, slowed down his eating:)

Sport Coat & Boots

Noah hasn't lost his fascination with the blue rubber boots... In an attempt to organize I was going through Noah's clothes to see what still fit... as you can see the sport coat still fits and he loves to wear it... later on his winter hat was added to the outfit, but I missed getting that picture...

Tunbridge Fair- Take 2

Gabe was so jealous that Noah and I got to go to the fair, we decided to go again... FYI this is all just prepping Noah for the Fryeburg Fair experience (minus the tenting of course).  Saturday was a bit more crowded so we got to enjoy more tractors... Noah gets very excited for tractors, big trucks, and really all of the "toys" on display at the fair... wouldn't Papa be proud:)

Tunbridge Fair- Take 1

Heli and I took Noah and Suvi to the Tunbridge World's Fair last week and they loved it.  There were few pictures of Noah with animals during this visit b/c he wouldn't let me put him down and walk far enough away to take any pictures... so we just enjoyed ourselves.  Noah did have his first maple covered dough boy...

Sleeping

We don't often get to see Noah sleep, but I happened to sneak into his room to make sure that he was warm enough and I couldn't resist taking a picture. I have a great camera, that takes these wonderful pictures as if the lights were on, but I assure you it was so dark I couldn't see a thing:) He is such a sweet boy and being able to capture these moments when he is sleeping and peaceful is a true blessing... I had to share.

Blue Hill Fair- 2008

Gabe's residency application is finally in!!!  Which means I have some free time to catch up on blogging...  we have done a lot in the past few weeks... enjoy!!  We were in Maine over Labor Day weekend and took a trip to the Blue Hill Fair to see my sister and brother-in-law who were working selling ice cream and bacon wrapped hotdogs...  Noah loved all of the animals, and despite being a bit tentative he is so interested in at least attempting to touch them.
